Definition of a Refund / Return Policy
Mobility Solutions Trading Company has a refund policy which allows the end customer to receive back his/her deposited amount which resulted in a reservation of a vehicle sale in the near future, under certain conditions and criteria. The definition of refund is the actual return of the deposited amount in the same means of fund.
Reasons of Refund Request
The customer provided commitment with full amount of vehicle and would request his/her deposit bank. The customer is no longer interested in the vehicle. The customer found a cheaper offer. Delay in the availability of the vehicle. The vehicle is not in the same spectrums requested.
The timeframe of Accepted Refund Requests
Typically, there is a specific timeframe within which the deposit could be returned. The option of a refund is available within a maximum period of 3 months from the time of deposit.
Information Needed to Process Refund
In case the customer request meets the refund timeframe condition, the customer is requested to provide the following information to facilitate the refund process: 1- The reason for refund request. 2- Official Document to reflect the customer bank details requested for refund. 3- In case of requested refund for a different bank account, the customer is requested to submit a letter of no objection letter (Legal letter to proof the company has returned the deposited amount to another bank account according to the customer desire).
Refund Timeframe
After meeting the above criteria, the refunding process is estimated to be within 7-10 working days.
